The term “Mindful” seems to be everywhere at the moment but do you know what it means?
We will explain it in simple language and show you how you can apply it to your daily life. You don’t have to learn difficult new tricks. You don’t have to be a particular type of person. You can practice mindfulness the way you did as a child.
There is a way to connect with mindfulness that doesn’t require you to learn new skills or to have a “zen” personality. You’ve know this way since you were little. Somehow the journey to becoming a fully functioning successful adult has made you forget.. this could be the perfect time to remember.
Come along to our one day workshop called MindCraft where you can reacquaint the adult you with the creative you. You don’t need any previous experience (but if you have ever glued paper together then you’re ahead of the posse!)
This workshop provides an introduction to Mindfulness Through Creativity. Using very simple techniques in an encouraging environment you will be able to tap into your artistic, creative side… and create your own work of art! Discover a creative way to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.
